This somatic-based grief group is designed for adults (ages 25-50) who have lost a spouse or partner. Using mindfulness practices, breathwork, expressive writing, and reflective discussions, participants will explore grief as a lived experience—moving beyond words to process emotions and cultivate a sense of self and connection after loss. Each session builds on the previous one, helping participants navigate grief with greater presence, resilience, and embodied healing.
