Since 2019, Monique has provided individual and group counseling to clients as they navigate the difficult landscape of their grief, including anticipatory grief, traumatic loss, and prolonged grief. She has worked with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, offering support with grief processing, trauma recovery, and emotional healing. Monique’s approach is psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed. She integrates evidence-based modalities, mindfulness practices, and somatic awareness to help individuals coping with profound loss. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, process emotions, and find meaning after loss. Monique is a graduate of UCSB and Pacifica Graduate Insitute. Monique enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her Australian Cattle Dog, Lola.
