The challenges we face are great. YOU can help.

Rising costs, surging mental health needs, and a growing number of seniors facing grief and illness are some of the challenges our community is facing. We created the $1 Million Legacy of Compassion Campaign to help.

In simple terms, your gift will:

  • Improve our ability to address the counseling wait list to better serve grieving adults.

  • Increase our presence in schools to make sure that we help all kids in grief who need us.

  • Help guide patients through the confusing medical system.

  • Develop new services to serve more families.

  • Be prepared for the wave of need that is coming.

We hope you will make a gift to the campaign. You can direct your gift to the program that is closest to your heart—or tell us to use it where it’s most needed.

David Selberg, HSB CEO, and other community leaders, speak about the increasing need for Hospice Care at the 2024 Heroes of Hospice luncheon at the Rosewood Miramar.

“I wouldn’t be alive without you.”

So often we hear, “I wouldn’t be alive without Hospice of Santa Barbara.” If we weren’t here…

  • Who would accompany people in the depths of grief to the other side of their pain?

  • Who would ensure that children aren’t left alone and hopeless after a loved one dies?

  • Who would help seriously ill people through the quagmire of our healthcare system?

  • Who would deliver all this…and make it available to everyone for FREE?

You can ensure our ability to do all this by making a gift to the Legacy of Compassion Campaign.

You can make a difference by making a gift today.
